David Cranor
David Cranor
My name is David Cranor.
I’m currently a Master’s candidate in the Object-Based Media group at the MIT Media Lab.
I graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Engineering. My concentration was Film and Digital Media. I minored in Chemistry and Mathematics.
I think that technology should be used to enhance facets of our lives, not replace them. I believe that the only way to do this is through conscientious and creative design.
My interests include hardware hacking, urban exploration, electronics, machining, pictures of both the still and moving varieties, good design, two-stroke engine tuning, music, winter camping, human/technology interaction, and pineapple upside-down cake.
Especially pineapple upside-down cake.
